I collaborated with J. Alex Swift, an esteemed independent sock manufacturer based in Hathern, Loughborough, to capture the intricate process behind their luxury sock production. Established in 1895, this family-run business is now managed by the fourth generation of the Swift family, blending over a century of expertise with modern innovation. Specialising in high-quality mohair and alpaca socks, J. Alex Swift combines traditional double-cylinder knitting machines with contemporary technology to create products that prioritise both comfort and durability. Our photoshoot aimed to showcase the meticulous craftsmanship and dedication that define their manufacturing process.

I partnered with Ivy Scaffolding, a professional scaffolding company based in Buxton, to document their dedication to safety, reliability, and expertise in scaffolding solutions. Established in 2020 by director Jake Warburton, Ivy Scaffolding serves a wide range of commercial, industrial, and residential projects across Derbyshire and the North West. I collaborated with Bywater Gas, a family-run business established in 1973 in Chapel-en-le-Frith, to document their extensive operations in supplying bulk and bottled gas for both domestic and industrial clients. Our photoshoot aimed to highlight their fleet of delivery vehicles and the dedicated team that has been serving the Peak District and surrounding areas for over five decades.
